2.    Postal Financial Hand Book Volume II [Chapter II, IV & V(Note- The appendices referred in the above chapters are  included in the syllabus)]
3.    Fundamental Rules whole except 82, 94 to 100, 102 & 109 to 130.
4.    Supplementary Rules whole including Appendices except rule 166 to 174, 242 to 266, 274 to 283 and 307 to 310.
5.    CCS Pension Rules 1972. CCS Leave Rules 1972, CCS Joining Time Rules 1979.
Paper IV
(With the aid of Books)

Syllabus for General Knowledge section will cover Hostory, Geography, Culture and Constitution of India.
